By contacting Vertex Garage Doors to request a quote, scheduling a service appointment, or permitting our technicians to perform work on your property, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms apply to all services offered by Vertex Garage Doors, including garage door installation, repair, maintenance, cable replacement, spring repair, opener installation, weather sealing, and all other related services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not proceed with our services.

Vertex Garage Doors offers professional garage door services for residential and light commercial properties, including but not limited to:

• Garage door installation (sectional, carriage house, glass & aluminum, steel, wood, and custom)
• Garage door repair and component replacement
• Opener installation, repair, and programming (all major brands)
• Torsion and extension spring replacement and adjustment
• Cable repair and replacement using aircraft-grade steel
• Weather seal and weatherstripping installation
• Track realignment and hardware replacement
• Safety sensor adjustment, repair, and replacement
• Preventative maintenance and lubrication services
• Emergency same-day and 24/7 repair services

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service where safety risks are identified or site conditions are deemed unsafe for our technicians.

Vertex Garage Doors primarily serves the following areas of Ontario, Canada:

Service availability is subject to technician availability, weather, and operational capacity. Estimated arrival times and scheduling constraints will always be communicated in advance.

All service quotes are based on information available at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may vary if the actual scope of work differs from the initial assessment.

• Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise
• Verbal quotes are provided as general guidance only and are not binding
• Additional work discovered during service will be communicated before proceeding
• We do not commence additional work without prior customer authorization
• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted
• Emergency or after-hours service calls may incur additional fees, disclosed upfront

By scheduling a service appointment, you agree to the following conditions:

• You or an authorized adult representative (18+) must be present at the property during the appointment
• You grant our technicians lawful access to the garage and surrounding areas needed to complete the work
• You confirm that you are the property owner or have legal authority to authorize work at the location
• Service windows are estimated and not guaranteed due to prior job variability and traffic conditions
• We will notify you of delays exceeding 30 minutes from the agreed appointment window

Failure to provide appropriate access at the scheduled time may result in a service call fee and rescheduling of the appointment.

Payment is due upon completion of the work, unless a separate written payment agreement has been established in advance.

• Deposits may be required for large-scale installations or custom material orders
• Parts ordered specifically for your project are non-refundable once procured
• We reserve the right to pursue collections and legal remedies for non-payment under Ontario law
• Warranty claims will not be processed for accounts with outstanding balances

Vertex Garage Doors stands behind the quality of our workmanship and the products we installand we may provide warranty as described during installation/service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vertex Garage Doors shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
• Loss of use, revenue, or profits resulting from service delays or interruptions
• Damage to property not directly caused by our technicians' negligence during service
• Personal injury resulting from misuse of a repaired or installed garage door system
• Damage caused by pre-existing structural deficiencies or hidden defects not visible at time of service
• System failures caused by power outages, electrical surges, or external factors beyond our control

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

To ensure a safe and efficient service experience, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the system, including known issues, prior repairs, and modifications
• Clear the garage area of vehicles, stored items, or obstructions before the technician's arrival
• Ensure pets are secured and children are supervised during service operations
• Disclose any known structural, electrical, or safety hazards at the property
• Operate the garage door system per manufacturer guidelines and technician instructions following service
• Schedule recommended maintenance to preserve warranty coverage and system longevity
• Immediately report any post-service concerns before attempting self-repair

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both customers and our team:

• Custom-ordered materials cannot be cancelled once placed with the supplier
• Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable upon cancellation after the order is placed
• Emergency callouts cancelled upon technician arrival will incur a dispatch fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen operational issues

All content on vertexgaragedoors.ca — including text, images, logos, videos, and branding — is the exclusive property of Vertex Garage Doors and protected under copyright law.

• Content may not be reproduced, redistributed, or commercially exploited without prior written consent
• Our trademarks and logo may not be used in any manner implying endorsement without authorization
• Customer reviews and testimonials submitted to us may be used for marketing purposes
